The replacement that I ordered was almost exactly like the charging pod that was damaged. The only difference was the replacement was black, and my old one was gray. The replacement works exactly how it should. The shipping took a while, but I received them before my trip. Thank you RightPod. If I ever need anything else replaced I know where to get it from.
